In 2022, we all see how fast crypto technologies are being developed. Considering that our FinTech product is directly related with crypto - modern monitoring solutions are required. For some of our needs, we are using Microsoft monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Power BI etc. But also, the specifics of our product force us to integrate another custom monitoring solutions for not only technical but also business metrics. Thus, we want to share our experience of combining the MS with other tools and shortly describe the alert management/escalation workflows.
